We confirm the agreed data and access, connect the selected AI tools and establish representative test examples. The focus is your actual workflow and the question we need to answer.

Build a research assistant over an agreed set of documents. Test whether it can find relevant evidence, cite its sources and identify what’s missing.
Can people get useful, traceable answers from the information they already have?
Turn approved source material into a first draft of a proposal or response. Keep references attached, flag missing information and put a person in charge of the final answer.

05 / WE COMMIT TO THE EXPERIMENT
If we fail to deliver the agreed POC within the four-week commitment, you don’t pay.
We agree the deliverables, required access, customer inputs and delivery dates before accepting the project. Testing an idea and finding it doesn’t work can still be a successfully delivered experiment.
How the commitment works06 / A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
No. Bring the problem, the outcome you want and any tools you have already tried or considered. We assess suitable AI options during initial scoping and propose an approach to test. We can also test a tool you already use. If a simpler approach makes more sense, we’ll say so.
Not every full use case fits. During initial scoping, we identify a specific question and agree a meaningful experiment that fits four weeks. We only commit once the scope and dependencies are clear.
You still receive the experiment, findings and a clear explanation of the limitations we found. A negative feasibility result can be valuable. It is different from us failing to deliver the agreed work.
A POC tests a defined question within a limited scope. Security hardening, scale, operational support and broader integrations may need additional work. We identify those gaps in the handover.
A person who understands the problem, access to the agreed information or systems, and timely feedback at the planned checkpoints. We agree these inputs and the handling of sensitive data before the project starts.
We agree the project fee after initial scoping, before you commit. The proposed scope makes clear what is included, the delivery conditions and what would require a separate project.
Every POC creates progress through building and progress through learning. The name is inspired by Geoffrey Hinton’s Forward-Forward algorithm. Our brand uses that idea as a metaphor for useful experiments and better decisions.
